Dr de Leon is a Radiation Oncologist with a speciality in Genitourinary Cancers. He is the Head of the MRI Linac and Research Program at GenesisCare, St Vincent and the leading expert in MRI guided adaptive radiotherapy. He pioneered this groundbreaking treatment in Australia, with his team being the most experienced treatment facility in the country.

In addition to his strong patient care and outcome focus, Dr de Leon is a committed researcher and is the principal investigator in a number of trials aimed at improving patient outcomes in curative and advanced Genitourinary cancers.

Dr de Leon is the lead investigator of the multi centre, international ADAPT-MRL Registry which is collecting patient treatment data to improve outcomes.
